Cool Operator recently installed a new furnace for our home and business. Todd and his assistant were very professional, took the time to answer all of our questions, arrived when they said they would and were very tidy in their work. We were especially impressed that they had the pricing for each unit with installation cost listed right on their website. Even though they had to do some extra sheet-metal work to fit the new unit into the existing space, they honored the price quoted with no additional fees. We will definitely use them for future services and recommend them to others!
