For the most part, this company has been reliable and timely. There have been a few exceptions in my case, and I have been riding with them for years. Compared to many of the companies, I would definitely recommend this one. Their few mistakes have quickly addresses and resolved. Their vans are clean, their drivers are polite and courteous. As a client, I am expected to be ready at least one hour before my appointment, if all clients followed the same rule of thumb, I believe their service would greatly benefit them also. - B.J. Hardy
