Not impressed. Really liked a piece of property in Augusta WV listed by this company and they refused to even show it to me until I was preapproved to purchase. Responses were slow and often late at night, which was a little weird, but not the end of the world. I’ve worked with many realtors in the past that worked much harder for their clients, so there is no way I would choose a company that was this demanding to show my property since I know for a fact that I’m a serious buyer with 800+ credit and can’t even get a look at a listing they have.
