No! Awful so far! People will not return calls, tech guy does not talk tp customer, to busy! Calls are screened, poor Corp. practice. I bought a 15lb soda blaster,thru Walmart. The Instruction manual was poor at best. Parts not listed, long silver rod not mentioned. I am losing jobs. 2 weeks no answers! 2 weeks. Thanks a bunch Brook!

Hello, Just thought I'd let you know the issues I am havng with New Buffalo Corp. Also Known as Buffalo tools. I purchased a Diesel generator from them through Tractor Supply Company. It failed within 9 hrs of running from the first start. It was disassembled and parts were replaced under warranty, however they did not pay labor. It then ran for approx 8hrs and failed again. It was returned to the TSC where a new unit was ordered and arrived in the store in approx two weeks. The new generator ran for 6 hrs on the day of purchase when it failed. So I contacted the Manufacturer yet again and ordered new brushes and a new AVR as the AVR on this unit was not secured and was vibrating around inside the case against a mount where it damaged the capacitor. I paid for second day shipping to recieve the parts on a Friday. When they did not arrive I contacted the MFG and got the UPS tracking number which stated they were not shipped until the following day Thursday and would not arrive till Monday. When Monday rolled around the parts arrived broken. Now let me be clear they were not damaged in shipping as they were in the very condition that caused the generator failure in the first place and the broken pieces were simply missing.from within the packaging. Which mind you was packed very well each brush set as individually wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap. When I contacted the MFG this tie I asked for a supervisor who was of no use. She claimed UPS did not ship second day!

Due to Hurrican Sandy I needed a generator. I bought one through Home Depot.com, it was a buffalo tool propane gas one. It was awesome, ran for 5 days straight and saved my butt! THANKS!

the scaffold outriggers i purchased from Home Depot came from these guys... the package was short 1-L bracket . When I received the the package supposedly containing that bracket... it contained 4 handles that screw on the stud to apply pressure on the bracket and hold it in place. Why handles? Why 4? Why no bracket? This is the lunacy you encounter when you cannot talk direct to the supplier.
