This company was subcontracted by Hannabass to replace my window and when I told Kelley of an issue that I had with the glass and how I had to resolve it myself. I was then told in a rude tone, "thanks for telling me how to do my job". If I said that in my profession, I wouldn't have a job right now. I used to work in the automotive aftermarket industry for 8 years and if you don't treat your customers with respect, you don't work. So if you think I was telling you "how to do your job" before, I really am this time!
