The company does not return phone calls; has my money and has not provided me the service that it said it would provide. DR Houston, TX

My attorney recommended Documented Reference Check. They had proof of defamation for my attorney in about a week. We had a settlement in about a month. Problem solved for not much money.

As of today 11/14/2012 there are now many victims of this company that were left without their money, without returned service, and definitely without recourse. I won't bother telling you my story, for it is the same as yours (ordered service, no report, no response, no refund). I will however tell you how to do something about it. Help keep it that way. 2) Submit a complaint to Internet Crime Complaint Center (http://IC3.gov) https://complaint.ic3.gov/ctf.aspx This website was provided to me and other victims by our police precincts. Given enough complaints, the FBI will investigate the claims. 3) Submit a complaint to the California Department of Justice, Attorney General's Office http://oag.ca.gov/contact/consumer-complaint-against-business-or-company 4) Submit your story to NBC4 Investigative team (I-Team) [email protected], 818-520-8477. If you remain silent or let it go, the company will continue to make a fortune from victims. Help send these people to jail. Take action!

I can't believe everyone isn't doing this. They busted my stupid supervisor who was making false statements. B-U-S-T-E-D! I don't mind if employers share information. As long as it's true!
