Bought testers which were not original. The reason I know this is because I have the originals and when I came home I tested them and they were clearly not the originals. Went in to try to exchange or return and was treated rudely and unprofessional. As a business women myself I would never hire anyone like the manager that dealt with the situation today. He clearly lacks the service skills needed to maintain a successful business. Sure you are successful now but if this continues I guarantee that your revenue will drop. No one deserves he type of treatment I received today and frankly I do not appreciate it. Perhaps he should have focused on the situation and trying to make it better rather than practically kicking me out of the store. I will not recommend this store to anyone and will continue to share my experience today with everyone I know and throughout the internet. Good luck you will need it.
