I met with Helen in August of 2010. She was going to file addendums for two different tax years for me. I spent a great deal of time organizing and printing information to give her. Information that I will probably not get back because I can't get her on the phone to request those items. It's been a year and a half and she will not return any of my phone calls. I've been patient, very patient and it's gotten me no where except more excuses. I'm currently off work to care for a sick child and have been trying to find out the status of the addendums. I even resorted to telling her secretary my situation in hopes that she would care that I need as much financial help as possible and call me back but still no call. She screens her calls and when she doesn't want to talk to the person she has her secretary promise she'll call but she never does. I feel bad complaining to them because they are so nice and it isn't there fault. What I can't figure out is why she doesn't want to talk to me as we've never had any negative conversations even though I'm upset about this situation and her wasting my time and putting me off. The most recent reason for not taking my call is that her desk is a mess preparing for this coming tax season while another one was that she is out of the office teaching a class. I'm reasonable, if she misinformed me or lost my information that's fine. A phone call would be nice. Very poor customer service! I can't believe that she has expanded her business running i
