Terry Hayes is nothing short of amazing. I thought I'd be going for therapy on machines and have someone hover over me, counting reps. Not so with Terry. She is 100% hands on and is driven to get results. I went in the first time in bad shape with a back injury and within 3 months, I was back in the game. I felt better than I had before the injury!
