I bought 8 pieces of chicken from the delibon mothers day @5pm the young man who gave me my chicken had a full red beard seemed like a nice guy. I asked for baked chicken & specifically asked any barbq sauce on it he said no. Picked potato salad and went to my Granny's for Mother's Day. My Granny takes out a leg & says I can't eat this bcuz it has bar-b-q sauce on it & I was livid bcuz the deli dude either didn't know OR care about it. I called to complain was given Demarcus who was the most unprofessional condescending uncaring manger. He hegan insulting me & arguing with me which escalated the call. He offered no choices but was not what I have EVER experienced. So in addition to what I spent n- I ordered Doordash bcuz my Granny was hungry and the chicken was fir dinner. I'm returning the chicken at my convenience including the piece my Granny bit but spit out. This was a terrible experience. Demarcus needs training. He never addressed the issue. So sad
