I am a new customer only second service. On my first service I called in and paid over $600.00 and gave my credit card info. On the second service two months later there was a mix up not caused by me. The account was billed to the homeowner instead of me and I was unaware until yesterday and called in today to pay. I requested the cash price as a result of the confusion but was denied. The lady became rude and argumentative over a $34.00 credit on a $642.00 bill. Claiming that the last time I paid I informed her I was only going to be here for a couple months so she didn't put my payment info on file which would have qualified me for the discount. I signed a 12 month lease on this property so I did not tell her I would only be here for a couple months. I don't understand why a company would be represented by someone who doesn't see the bigger profit of a long term relationship over a $34.00 difference. It wasn't worth it to me, a disabled veteran on a fixed income, but it was very important to these guys. I do not recommend these guys if you have a choice to use someone else.
