I worked at this particular Hallmark store for over 5 years, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. The store in Alpena is managed by Marcie Seeyle, and she is what makes the store. She will bend over backwards to help customers, and always, without doubt, will go the extra mile in getting a customer what they need. The staff is wonderful, and it is definitely the place to go for your cards and other gifts that you may need. Not a day goes by that I don't miss being a part of the "Hallmark" experience!
