I have only been their a couple of times and i do know and like the staff they are very generous. My cousin picked her daughters necklace up from there and she thinks the repair lady does a very good job! I love and is a fan of there products i love everything as long as i can become patient and it's very time consuming ! Anyone can do anything they set their heart too! There is every variety of beads there their is glass beads, plastic beads, wood beads, and chrome!
