Shamelessly done. I walked around my house with Bill Garrett and he detailed the correct way his company would do gutters. I expressed my concerns to him, later to installers themselves (his son and nephew) about water not running off shingles and missing gutters. Therefore running into soffit and down fascia board. Even offered aluminum to tuck under bottom row of shingles to prevent. Was assured by nephew on roof it was not needed. AFTER ...after rains, and comments from other carpenters, it's obvious the gutters are doing more harm than help to my home. Mr. Garrett over and over refuses to come himself, or send anyone in his 'company' over to even look. REPEATED claims at first he would. Now he's threatening me since I am exposing him on line. I'm a 63 yr old lady...I am active but do not climb on roofs to inspect as so-called professionals do things. He took great advantage of this. And he still refuses to even come and look at the mess I paid $1,600 for. And has damaged my house each rain.
