I ordered a blanket for a memorial service. I did not know the blanket did not arrive to the service until 3 days after the service when the family called to thank me. I was charged $139.03. For that price the blanket is usually displayed on an easel and at the service like ordered. When I called the flower shop she would not give me a refund or a discounted price. She said it was not presented on an easel because it was delivered to the home. ???? When I told her I would never use her again and make sure other people knew, she said she could live with that. It is a sad day when a floral shop takes advantage of grieving people. I would recommend finding a different flower shop.
