I made a mistake of a lifetime buying a Mobile home in a trailer Park in Marion township 35 years ago I keep up with my home I keep everything nice however the men that bought the trailer park during the mid 90s early 2000 don't keep up with it they have family roots in Marion township that go back a hundred years so Marion township does not make them enforce any codes back in here I have a junkyard behind my house I have an unlived in trailer next door to me that's ready to go up in flames at any given point in time crackheads are in and out of there smoking their cigarettes I had vagrants walking around the trailer park ever since the pandemic started the police tell me there's nothing I can do about it without the landlord doing something but he has roots in the community for over a hundred years so the township doesn't make him enforce any codes the codes are only for people that haven't been here for over a hundred years or more it's horrible living here especially if you're a woman they hate women here especially if you're Italian they hate Catholic Italian women you have to be Mennonite and go out and cut the grass every day and do what your husband tells you to do to get by in this town it's horrible here everyone is mean to me and horrible to me I imagine it anytime they'll probably come out here with pitchforks and kill me and start my house on fireI can't even get a current phone number for any of the supervisors in this township all the secretary does is make a fool out of me when I call their I filed a formal complaint against 80 parklane this s*** hole next door to me that's packed full of furniture or the yard is full of junk and combustible material it isn't even full of it isn't even hooked up to the septic tank sewage spills all over the place it's horrible out here and no one does anything about it
