I hired Suba Management Solutions in September of 2014 to handle a newly purchased apartment complex that I had purchased. At first I thought that Janace Rivera the owner and Neoina Smith the property supervisor handling my property were very helpful but that soon changed for the worse. I started to notice that Ms. Smith wanted me to deposit funds into our joint account continuously and it seemed as if it was too often, but she said she had bills to pay on behalf of my property so I believed her and made many deposits. I’m a minority and I feel that she and Suba Management Solutions took advantage of me. After discussing my situation with family and friends they asked to look over my paperwork and so we discovered that Suba Managemnet Solutions FRAUDED me out of over $44,000 within a three month period. I trusted them and they used that against me. Don't use this company!!! I have all documented proof!
