This company SUCKS!!! They build the worst built houses I have ever seen, tile laid crooked, and the closet doors don't meet the track at the top or bottom. They are thrown up with cheap D-grade lumber, and have problems after you move in. You have to bring a lawsuit against them to get them to fix anything after you move in. Buy one of their houses at own risk!!!

This is one of the Rudest Companies I have ever had to deal with. The owners will argue with a tree, the son is one of the builders and will cuss you out in a second. If you have other choices, and I know you do, go with another company. The houses are cheaply made, with lower grade materials. The economy is bad, but it is not bad enough to cut corners like Sunny South Corp does. BEWARE!
