Hey y'all. Upon learning that Arizona Gun Runners sold magazines for my Kimber Polymer .45, I immediately called and left a message. Within the hour, Mr. Lovetro returned my call! I placed the order the next day- 7 November, and paid extra for UPS 2 day minimum delivery. The magazines were shipped on 8 November. In the USPS mail were my magazines... on Saturday 10 November! On the invoice was a note from Gary: "UPS does not deliver Saturday so I went with USPS Priority. This reduced my shipping cost from $25.00 to $13.00. This is the way to please a customer.
