No bad experience Never ever use this company. I got the run around and they wont replace my Air Conditioner Unit. It was brand new with leaks...

Maxine Griner Sold me 2 units Sept. 2010. The price was good but the units have given me nothing but trouble. I have already spent on 1 unit more than what I paid for it. Now the other unit needs a coil. We called for warranty to cover cost on the 1st unit but unable to get any satisfaction from the company. It took 4 weeks to get parts. When we finally did get through to the company, they were rude. The e-mail address cannot be reached.

i would not recommend this company or any product they sale,, as a contractor for over 35 years i have never seen a company like this. when you order the product they are on the ball ; but once they have your money forget it, there customer service is grap if you have a problem with warranty or delivery good luck klimaire sold by heat and cool has no consideration after the transfer of money to their account. pay the extra money to someone else that will back up there product from point of sale to warranty ,, stay away from heat and cool selling klimaire on any product
