Stratford Building Corporation (SBC) is a family-owned modular home builder founded in Rathdrum, Idaho in 1994. SBC operates a 50,0000 sq. ft. production facility. Over its history, SBC has built more than 1,600 projects ranging from ADUs and single-family homes to multi-family and commercial projects.
