The U.S. Athletic Training Center is a sports physical therapy and athletic training facility located at 515 Madison Avenue at 53rd Street.

While we specialize in sports orthopedic injuries, we treat a wide variety of patients ranging in age from 4 to 84. The center has become home to scores of professional and world class athletes, executives, and actors who love the training room atmosphere.
