I just visited the K B Express service station by Canyon View High School. It is Friday, September 7, 2012 and 3:30 pm. I filled a 52 ounce cup with orange mango slush and grabbed a pink cookie and an ice cream sandwich. I approached the counter to pay and the cashier Mary informed me very rudely that I couldn't purchase the slush in that particular cup.Mary then proceeded to open my cup and dump it into a smaller cup. What the Hell? She actually thought she could open my drink and pour it into a smaller cup. Is she STUPID? I ought to report this incident to the health department! I still insist that I should have been able too since I was a paying customer and should be able to purchase what I want with out being charged three times the price for a slush. I have been a customer of K B Express service stations for over 6 years and in two different cities. NEVER in my life have I ever been so rudely treated in any establishment!!!! I would hope that Ken Bettridge and his family would ensure that this never happens again to any customer in the future. What ever happened to the long standing mantra of "the customer is always right"? I guess some people would rather be rude to a customer and be more worried about their inventory, than to be polite and kind and offer genuine customer service.
