I do not recommend this place if you would like to be treated well, get hot food, get the right order, or talk to a manager when an issue arises. July 14 - along with another couple, my wife and I made 6:45 pm reservations. After waiting close to 45 minutes to receive salads and appetizers, the wrong appetizers were brought to the table and had to be returned twice. Once for the wrong food and second because the next plate was cold. I ordered the special (beef tips) and as our dinners were about arrived I was informed that the kitchen was out of the special. Attempting to be accommodating to my wife and guests I opted for the burger listed on the menu. If you are looking for a good burger, go to McDonalds because the hockey puck flavored meat patty I received was akin to what we ate as children in elementary school. When attempting to speak with the manager, our waitress said she was trying to find him while we could see him in the kitchen standing around. Once we were finally able to talk with him I was told if I didn't like the service or food that they wouldn't miss me if I never returned as a customer. So, that is what I will do ..... I will not be returning to the place and will be sharing my experience with my friends, family, and co-workers. This is in addition to posting as many reviews on the internet as possible to save others from a unexpected experience.

8/9/12 - We were a aprty of 4. We started with french onion soup which was very salty and greasy. The first basket of bread was warm and very good except the bread should have been sliced all the way through so you did not have to finger all of the bread to get a slice. The second basket of bread was cold and again not cut thru. I had a filet and it was very very good and my husband had a flat iron steak which he said was excellent also. However, the vegetables are somewhat to be desired. I had the herb potatoes and would not order them again as they were very dry. He had french fries which he felt safe having as there is not too much you can do to french fries. The wine list is something to be desired. We wanted to bring our own; but, was told we could not even though we would have paid a corkage fee. If we go back, and we probably will, we will not order wine. The waiter was wonderful - no complaints with the staff.

We had a good experience at Figs. The decor is lovely and well done. The service was excellent. The food and drink was very good. We had a good experience at Figs. The decor is lovely and well done. The service was excellent. The food and drink was very good. While the music was very good it was a little loud for comfortable conversation. We visited the restaurant on Friday evening to celebrate my husband's birthday. The restaurant had only been open 4 days so I thought they did a great job considering that. The four of us had steaks which were done perfectly and delicious. Salad was excellent. The Tiramasu was delicious. No complaints except the volume of the music. Minor detail.
