What a dishonorable man! Eric Franklin, the owner of this business has been taking advantage of my 90 year old mother for years charging her $700 every month, 12 months out of the year for her lawn services on a .46 acre lot with a home taking up most of the space. Imagine paying $8400 a year for lawn care, and that price doesn't include any chemicals or fertilizer that another company provides. He charged an extra $275 to put away her RPZ and another $275 to bring it back out for spring. My mother has dementia and requires 24/7 care. She cannot even operate her own phone without help, but she could write him a check. He never itemized any work that was done, but he's very charming. When I had to take over her finances, I spoke with her about the Positive Results bill. She is running out of money, and I explained that I would call Eric and ask him to bill for services rendered rather than a flat monthly fee. I spoke to Eric at length about the situation on March 4, but he continued to collect checks DIRECTLY from this demented old woman for $600 in April and $600 in May. What kind of man does this?
