We recently hired Keith Patton with Town and Country Homes to do a small bathroom remodel. Project started in December with many hiccups. They told us the project would take less than two weeks and we waited until the end of January before they finally put in the cabinet and counter/sink. It is now end of June and they haven't addressed the shower tile that is uneven and grout that was mixed incorrectly, shower door on crooked and overall shower size not even. The last time I spoke with Keith he told me he was NOT willing to fix all of the issues. I asked for him to respond in writing with what he is willing to fix and what he is not willing to fix. Haven't heard back. Terrible quality work and terrible customer service.
