If you have no issues with your closing, there should be no problems with you and this attorney. Once problems arise, the attorney will do whatever it takes to close the deal quickly for the benefit of realtors and attorneys, i.e. getting paid. Things were handled very unprofessionally and it often felt that the attorney was speaking down to me as the client. The attorney failed to mention my rights during the process of closing and kept this information hidden so that the closing would continue to go quickly without disruption. Very disappointed with the quality of service and interaction from this attorney.

Had a poor experience with this attorney. Always felt "out of the loop" and was scrambling and missing work due to this (like telling me I had to do my final walk through less than 22hrs before it had to be done!). Raised fees without telling me (from $500 to $600). Issues did come up during closing and we had to just "accept" them and nothing was done about it (Like closing and paying for previous owners to live in my house for free for a week while my stuff sat in a storage unit!). Would not recommend her.
