Talk about lack of customer service. Spent 5 grand for stamped and color concrete step and walkway. They failed to provide stress relief on the sidewalk to front entrance step. Lo and behold it cracked. Called Frank and received a plethora of excuses culminating in I can’t remember doing this job selective amnesia. Granted the job was done 10 years ago, but a mistake is a mistake. We could not find our receipt. I would not recommend them to pour a pad for my trash cans. Won’t own up to the mistake. I had another concrete contractor come out and he said the original contractors should fix their inferior work.
