Terrible Service & Just Plain Rude! Recommend going elsewhere for your radiological analysis (Such as FGL Laboratory) Results began taking 4+ weeks to turn around and being issued with multiple mistakes (Missing analysis date, sample descriptions and more!) When I inquired about the level of service we were receiving and expressed my concerns I was quickly, and very rudely, told "At the prices we charge you we are not making any money so you can do business with anybody else you want." Keep in mind They approached me with those prices in order to attempt to earn my business, not the other way around! Their prices were not even competitive, turn around times were VERY slow, Attention to detail was poor which resulted in them fixing mistakes causing even more delays on the results to be delivered, and on top of it all their response time is poor and met with rudeness and insults. There are plenty of places to take your money elsewhere as they clearly stated which will be met with less (if any) resistance and will provide a better level of service that you are looking for (Pace Analytical, FGL Laboratory, BSK Analytical just to name a few)
