I've been very unhappy with my experience at Dr. Rodriguez's office. First of all, my wait time has never been less than 45 min, usually about 1 1/2 hours, which is not acceptable since the appointments I had were made over a month in advance. Second, The doctor spends barely any time with my children, does the bare minimum and then leaves. Third, I asked for a CBC test to be done on my son, they wrote the order and told me to take it to the hospital. Since I don't understand medical jargon and can't read his handwriting, I didn't know it but he was ordering a lead test in addition to the CBC and now I'm being billed for a test that I didn't ask for, know about or authorize. I don't even know what the results of that test were because no one from the office ever called me. Fourth, I waited 2 weeks for the CBC results and they never called me. I had to call them several times to ask for the results and waited on hold for 27 min before I finally got someone to give me the results. That would have been a good time for them to mention the lead results, but since I didn't know about the lead test I didn't ask for the results, neither did they offer them to me. Very unhappy and will not be returning.
