Point Loma & Ocean Beach Real Estate Broker serving San Diego's coastal communities since 2008. Licensed Broker | Coldwell Banker West | DRE #01848250 With nearly 20 years of real estate experience, I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate Point Loma, Ocean Beach, and Coastal San Diego with clarity, strategy, and confidence. I manage a wide range of transactions: first-time home purchases, VA-backed deals, investment properties, renovations, short sales, and 1031 exchanges. I've personally been in my clients' shoes.
