The purpose of my business is to assist Seller in the Selling process; from listing to closing. As Certified Intermediaries, our job is to interpret the sellers financials, prepare a financial summary that a buyer and his/her advisers can understand. Present the sellers company in an honest and professional manner in a document called the "Confidential Business Review"; it outlines the purpose, the customers and product or service as well as the potential necessary to grow the business. We are in essence, the sellers "Advocate".
