My fiance and I with our lawyer have been dealing with Diane over the estate of my fiancés mother for over 4 years now and still nothing is settled. She never answers or returns phone calls or emails. She still has not responded to an email from December of 2020. We have now just found out that all paperwork was completed last year. She told the other party we refused the payout owed to my fiance for his portion of his mothers estate 4 months ago. Who is going to refuse 6 figures that we have been waiting for years!!! Yet wants to charge 5 figures!!!!!! For what?????? She is shady and untrustworthy.
