This business deserves less than a star. Awful! We paid for monthly exterior service and when they were needed, not only they DIDN'T SHOW UP but they never placed record of our complaint about it, THEY DO NOT COVER FOR BEES OR WASP!!! When contracted, this detail was not specified. We called to cancel and we got billed either way for the service we didn't receive. Their outdated website provides no information to whom escalate this matter to so we were stuck with someone on the phone that was unprofessional and unkind to our needs because we continued to get billed even after canceling.
The manager that got on the phone said that there was no record of any contract cancellation or service not provided complaint and threaten us by saying that there was nothing we could do other than pay or spend $320 taking this $85 case to court.
Been new to the state and specifically to Henry County, we paid just to get their rude and indecent way of doing business out of our lives.
We find comfort keeping business AWAY from them to the best of our abilities.
