I fully recommend Jaclyn’s Bridal to every bride. I bought my gorgeous DREAM dress that everyone in my party was amazed with. And service was magnificent, Mindy took care of me from the very first day I went looking for a dress and made the purchasing and trial period so smooth and fun. She as well as all the team is great!!!!

If you are a bride, Jaclyn's Bridal is the place to visit. Mindy was my Bridal Consultant. She went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and almost like family. She answered all of my questions and let me know that I was making a wonderful choice. My sisters wanted to make her our wedding planner! Mindy said that she would love to but, Jaclyn's Bridal needs her to be available to other brides that need gowns too. Making a bridal purchase is almost as if I purchased a car or a home. I had that very same feeling as when I handed over my credit card. I think that Mindy saw it in my eyes that I was kind of scared. She smiled at me and said that everything was fine and that I was in great hands. She had also informed me that Jaclyn’s Bridal pretty much relies on reputation. When she said that..... I came to this Jaclyn’s Bridal after being completely frustrated with David's Bridal. The girl that helped me found the perfect dress for me and my budget within about 30 minutes, after I was put into several ugly and too expensive dresses at David's Bridal for 3 hours before walking out! The staff at this shop were so helpful and made sure I looked like a princess on my big day++I love this place and I will recommend it to every bride I know!

I entered Jaclyn’s Bridal, 2 months before my wedding date, with a wedding gown disaster story. I happened to be just passing by this shop and I left there having tried on my dream dress. I purchased my wedding gown from them and the owner of the salon made sure that every detail was perfect for me. The few alterations that were needed were completed by them and were well above my expectations. The dress fit my body better than I could have ever imagined. The owner and the staff are welcoming and gracious, and they work to make sure that your look is perfect and you are a happy bride.

The ladies at the Jaclyn’s were so nice. I found my gown at another salon but Jaclyn's bridal accommodated my budget by getting me a great deal on the same gown! I was pregnant while planning my wedding so they made sure to accommodate me with all of my last minute post-partum fittings as my wedding took place only 3 weeks after my daughter's birth! They made sure everything was taken care of so I looked phenomenal on my big day. Also I am so glad they took the time to talk me into a veil which I didn't originally consider. It really made me feel like a bride. Thank you!

I went into this quaint shop by myself (I was visiting from out of town) and found them very personable. They listened to what I wanted and away we went. I really liked several things: *They didn't try to sell me something that looked ho-hum on me and really honored my budget. The dress I got was exceptional on me and was less than my budget was. You could tell they felt that was the dress for me as well and were more interested in getting me the perfect one for me. *Because I was from out of state, they did the sizing and pinning right then. *They were flexible with the fitting and in the end someone had to fly it up to me because I had badly injured my ankle and could not fly. (Yes, I was in a brace for part of my wedding day.)

I could not say enough wonderful things about Jaclyn's Bridal if i tried, it would take me forever! I found the most beautiful dress by AIRE, i purchased it off the rack for an unheard of discount, and i had it tailored there. I fit me like a glove. It was stunning. I also purchased my veil and other hair accessories there by Erica Koesler. I had so many compliments on everything! The staff at Jaclyn's isn't pushy, they don't make you feel like you have to get the most expensive thing, and they are so helpful! Thanks so much ladies for making my big day a big success!

Mindy at Jaclyn’s Bridal is AMAZING! I came to her after a bad experience at a store nearby. I had found a dress at the other location, but because of the service, did not want to purchase from them. However, with Mindy's help, we were able to find the dress that I wanted and order it that day. She was so sweet. I also had my younger sisters with me and they were welcomed to try on some bridesmaid dresses even though we had just walked in without an appointment. They had so much fun trying on dresses and picking colors, it made the whole experience even better. Mindy also offered to help accessorize my dress (they have an amazing selection of jewelry and sashes to rent) and helped choose colors and styles for my entire bridal party, including the groomsmen! She really helped bring the whole vision together. I will be taking the rest of my bridal party in to get all 8 of their dresses from Jaclyn's Bridal.

The staff at Jaclyn’s Bridal were great to work with. They helped me find my dream dress. They got the dress in with plenty of time for my wedding. The alterations were quick and painless. They were willing to accommodate my schedule. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience regarding my dress.

I chose to shop at Jaclyn's after my best friend had a great experience there. I had a WONDERFUL experience with Jaclyn's. My dress, bridesmaids' dresses, and jewelry were purchased at Jaclyn's, and I highly recommend them.
