Like the other review, I'm getting the run around. They hung junk on my windows, every one of them defective. I asked them nicely to bring replacements, so they came to my home , took the defective ones down, now I have NOTHING on my windows, I paid them in full, and all I get is the runaround BS to get my replacements, I tried to trust Bruce, but he never calls back, hides behind texts, and has replaced NONE of the defective blinds. I hope Dyanne sees this and calls me at 954-270-0874, so we can both team up in our efforts.

Do not waste your time! I spent 25 hundred dollars for blinds. They are cheaply mAde. The installer installed one set correctly. It was obvious to see but he just left it. The panels didnt align. I had to call bruce and wait for someone to come back. The velcro failed and the blind fell. I called bruce and explained the issue. He is always too busy. He told me he would drop off the piece. I had to call and call. Finally he mailed it....He ordered the wrong piece. I called him again and asked for a tech. Took weeks. Now wants to order a whole track for a blind that needs resecuring? Wants me to take down all the blinds to make a new track. Would be 'faster' if I dropped them off. What nerve. My first phone call to him was in Oct 2019. This is MONTH 4 talking to Bruce to get it rehung. One incompetent response after another. If he took the time to listen and evaluate the issue I should have been good to go after a couple weeks. But no, my blind (which by the way protects me from direct western exposure-and he iS aware of this) is still Rolled up in the corner. I am beyond disgusted. He should be out of business.
