In November of 2018 at about 1:30 in the morning I slipped on a patch of ice while doing a pretrip inspection of the truck I was to take to Wichita. I went over backwards and hit my head hard enough to knock me out. I was found by a couple of coworkers who got me on my feet and woke me up. I had a moderate concussion which turned out to be a brain injury. I was directed to the firm Mark and Burkhead by the union.
