I have never been treated so ugly by anyone owning a business. My husband and I went in to ask about having some windows done in stained glass in our home and this mean woman talked to us like we were dirt beneath her feet. She was rude, hateful and belittling towards us. She wouldn't let us finish our sentences before she interrupted us with rude, mean comments. We were in total shock that someone running a business could be so unprofessional and demeaning to potential customers. Also, now that I mentioned her unprofessional behavior, we were told when we approached her in the shop that she really was too busy making her jello shooters, in the shop, in front of us, but that she would take a break if we made it quick. I can't believe this woman is still in business if this is the way she treats all of her customers. We were prepared to make a large purchase from her and to potentially become long term customers. That will never happen and I will not hesitate to inform anyone asking me about this company and the rude, hateful woman in charge.
