Quality Martial Arts instruction for self defense as well as MMA training for personal or competition. We train Kenpo Karate, the ultimate in self defense. We also provide MMA trainining, including stand up kickboxing Muay Thai and submission grappling. We are the home of TeamshooT, an MMA fight team for Michigan and surrounding states. We are different because: The whole family can train for the cost of one person. We offer private training at group rates. We offer more group class opportunities than most most schools. No long term contracts. No belt testing fees. Come check us out.
