With over 40 years OTR Experience and working for many companies from Coast to coast i Can Tell you that Western Express Falls to the Bottom of the Barrel for And employer...i would rather Starve or pick up cans for a living than Work for such a Thieving, lying Org. as Western The D.O.T should Pull thier Athourity / License along with a class action lawsuit filed against them for stolen wages....Refusing and with holding Drivers pay. Don't be Trapped into going to work for them they won;t be around much longer Arrow Trucking From Tulsa Attempted the same scenario and Got it's Doors closed Thank to People like myself The same thing happened to the Crooks that own Pilot Flying J'..... Western Express will be up in Front of Judicial Sentencing within the next year... Due to thier Inept stupidity along with Treating Drivers and Clients Like Trash..... I came here with my license but yet they waa still trying to get me into a contract and I didn't receive no training

Western Express is a company that is poorly led, lacks discipline, has no concept of active support to and for their drivers. The DMs are too young to understand driver support. I have worked for several trucking companies and this one will own the bottom of the list. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have called 4 times. Been transferred to numbers that don't work, hung up on and the call just rang nonstop. When I called back the 5th time, they would not answer. I feel for the employees, because I am an employer just trying to do an employment verification!!

I am a driver at western express, and it was the Biggest mistake i ever made. they treat there drivers like TRASH. i'm trying too find something else now. i will tell anyone that's try to get in thedriving business please don't go to wester express to start are drive for. they have a poor foundation and the in office don't care for there drivers.

I am a well experienced Owner operator Driver. This company is a lot of lies to get you working for them. The disbatchers lack communication, no on answers the phone for hours; you never get a pay stub statement sheet. The loads suck, I have to actually get loads and book them on my own from one of their brokers. True story, the food suck and hotel. They lie and say 2day orientation but to all those who went it was longer than 2 days. How about 3- 5 and that's with correct documentation.

I started working for this company. It was fun at first. I have been broke down more then driving. The dms are horrible and the company is all lies.

My Recommendation in my opinion based on Experiences with Western Express is If you need freight hauled and Haul it with Western Express You are giving revenue to a company that willfully engages in unethical treatment of their Employees. If you Are A Driver I would have to Recommend that you do not drive for western express they have a history of mistreating their drivers. Don't even bother! Cold breakfasts, lunch & dinner! Hotel is the roach hotel! Can't even get an extra blanket! Recruiter lies and you have to do their work! Don't waist your time no money to be made!

I was lied to what I was going to be making per mile. Sounds great, then when I get a check stub, .16 per mile?! Last time I checked, I didn't work for free, but I guess that western doesn't care about their drivers. Please, please, please, do NOT work for this company. They are a bunch of thieves.
