I DO NOT RECOMMEND FREEMAN ELECTRIC! Terrible experience!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. My house was built by a contractor who used Freeman Electric as their contactor as the electrician. I had/have an issue with my circuit breaker tripping out and as a concerned homeowner, who is still under warrantee, wanted the issue resolved. I contacted the builder who told me to contact the Freeman Electric. I did. I told him the issue and he said it was a simple solution. I asked if it was possible for him to come out and show me how to handle it, so I know for the future. Unfortunately, my work schedule (my hours are 7-4 roughly and I work an hour away from home) and their work hours (6-4) don't match up, and they "don't pay overtime for stuff like this". I understand that. I said maybe I could call him before I leave for work tomorrow, see what he was talking about since I was in the car when I was speaking with him and was not in front of the circuit breaker and did not know what he was talking about. I asked if he could come out when my boyfriend was home. I'm not sure if heard any of this over his screaming because it was difficult to get a word in edge wise. His actions were completely rude, unprofessional, demeaning and unwarranted. He continually hung up on me and would not let me speak. I would not recommend Freeman Electric to anyone. I have never been spoken to like that in my life, especially by someone who claims to be a professional
