This is my first time to this yard due to moving and the woman at the scale house was extremely rude telling me if I am there at 3:45 that I will be thrown out but it was just after 2:00 pm. Continuing to follow not just me but others yelling at all of us for whatever reason and I told her this was my first time here but she didn't care and continue to be extremely rude with attitude. She was looking for every way basically to skimp people on their scrap metal. The prices paid were less than actual value per iscrap current price app. I had for instance clean stainless they paid $0.25 a pound but today's price is $0.49 a pound and after looking at all my totals and current pricing I was out about $27.81 in the difference of value. To go here and get attitude and paid less then current prices is not worth going anymore. I told her I felt disrespected and she said the rules are the rules and didn't care so I told her if you explain the rules this wouldn't have been a problem. I left not to give her any of my #1 clean or other heavy metals and will scrap it in Providence. I used to always go to SIMs in Providence and NEVER been treated like this woman treated not just me but others just the same. I will go back to Providence not just because they pay the current prices but for the respect ! I would pay more in gas but would still be more profitable by getting paid appropriately ! I recommend going elsewhere who will be grateful for your business and research where you go to make sure you get paid appropriately! Thank you for your time reading my review
