do not buy or move a home into this park!! the management here is known for stealing your deposits (of $1500!!) and saying they never got one so they won't be returning any money back. the management is also for immature and unprofessional. they came onto our site and messed with our power and water boxes , both of which it is illegal to do that. we have also caught them looking into our windows (not sure if that's illegal but it's creepy at the very least.) they have a resident who lives on site who is the manager for whenever the actual park manger is around and he is the rudest and most unwelcoming person we have ever came in contact with. when we asked if he had seen anyone on our property (since he lives directly across ) he started yelling and cussing and accusing us of saying he is the one going around our yard - which was not the case at all. i would not purchase a home here it genuinely is not worth it, there are so many other great ones in san diego.
