First year this company cut our lawn. We had a contract for Friday mornings. He came Saturdays and sometimes Sundays. Recently we made an agreement for fall cleanup. We have over an acre and this is his first year doing the job. He sent a kid to do the work. He was here all day and got nothing accomplished except for blowing all the leaves in our bushes. He didn't finish the job and the owner, Steve, came to the house and said he was horrified at the work the kid did. He would be back the next morning and finish in 1.5 hours. Never showed up. I called him that afternoon and he said he would be here in a little while. Never showed up. Never called me back or anything. I have made numerous calls and he is avoiding me. He should at least have the decency to call me back and say he can't handle this small job. Integrity should NOT be the name for this company.
