DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT take your pet to Karnik if you care for them at all. We dropped off our elderly dog that walked in with minor assistance to steady him and had to carry him out one week later. They “ran out” of his meds by dropping them in the bottom of his box and allowed him to lay on his back legs for so long that the nerve damage was permanent and he was unable to walk at all. We had to euthanize him the day after we got him home and listened to him cry in pain all night. The vet said he most likely had been laying on his legs for at least 2 days to cause such irreversible damage. The dog could not move his legs and NO ONE thought to check or thought this was wrong? These people can not care for an animal if it requires anything other than food and water.
