This is my third year with Ardent Support Technologies, and I would not have it any other way. Back in 2012 we noticed that our legacy provider was starting to slip on service levels, and creeping up on price. While they were still cheaper than the OEM, we knew we had to make a change. Enter: Ardent Support Technologies. Ardent came as a 'word of mouth' recommendation from an IT Admin who had used them at a previous job, and WOW - what a difference. Not only did they beat the price of the OEM & our previous provider - their service level is TWICE that of anyone we've ever dealt with. The engineering staff is ultra responsive, and our support is as good as we have come to expect from the manufacturer - if not better. We are nnotified of issues through Ardent BEFORE we even notice them on site. (This has happened several times). I would highly recommend them, including my project manager Kyle, and salesperson, Scott. If you talk with either of them you will surely be satisfied and never look to the OEM again for hardware support.
