Worst tow service I ever used he charged me 150 to pull my car out of a small ditch at 6:00am the owner tells me at 9;00 that 100 dollars was added for no reason costing me 250. The owner laughed in my face because I did not have the money and failed to inform me of the cost before hand spiking it up after the fact and refusing to release my car unless u gave him 100 additional dollars causing me to miss work and almost lost my job. He was so unprofessional and it took an hour in a half for a tow truck to come with my two small kids stuck in the snow freezing while the owner was extremely rude via phone. I will never use this service again because seeing me as a young single mom the company tried to take advantage the company will not tell you the correct prices so that they can spike it up at the end the tow man did not state any prices only saying I have to talk to my boss how did it go from 150 to 250 in less than two hours do not use this tow consent worst experience ever
