Doran seriously saved me! I was stuck in Reno on my way to California with a bad fuel filter on a Friday. All repair shops were closed thru the weekend and on Monday and Tuesday because of the new year's holiday, and all the shops I called said that they couldn't get the part in until wednesday and they were too busy to see me at all on Friday. Luckily I called Doran, and even though it was his birthday that day and he hadn't planned on working, he agreed to come into the shop and help me out. He went above and beyond what he should have for a total stranger and I will forever be grateful. He saved me sooooooo much money and priceless time. And even though he went out of his way, he charged me less than all the other shops in town had quoted. A very honest, kind and hardworking man. If I lived in Reno he'd definitely be my car guy! :) Thanks Doran!
