I placed my order for a large sign for my Grand Opening and gave plenty of time for the job to be completed. I needed the sign for August and placed my order in May. After 3 months my sign was not even near completion. When I called and spoke to Lance Mueller the owner of the company he told me I would have to wait another month. I tried to explain that I needed the sign for my Grand opening and he told me he didn't care and had other larger orders to get to and they had more importance than my job. At one point I was even screamed at. Needless to say I was shocked at the horrable customer service and lack of respect I was shown on the phone. Stay away from this company. Owner is rude and customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Prices are double other sign companies also.
