We are a Tae Kwon Do School that for the last 25 years has helped thousands people improve their lives through the study of martial arts. We teach the Korean Martial art of Tae Kwon Do. Grandmaster Hong has over 40 years of experience that includes both Olympic and Traditional Tae Kwon Do. Grand Master Hong's philosophy is that Tae Kwon Do is much more than a self-defense. He teaches that its foundation is about mental discipline, confidence, balance, and harmony. Gaining strength and energy in these qualities will not only make one a good martial artist, but helps them throughout their lives. There is something for everyone, no matter how old, or how young. Whether you're 3 or 103, Tae Kwon Do can benefit everyone. So come on in, and try us out, our Introductory program includes two private lessons and a group class lesson to see what our school is about. Plus, we give you a complimentary uniform!
